For Robert Corrigan and Michelle Cormack, their long awaited wedding day, 21s May 2007, has finally arrived.

Michelle and her bridesmaid start the day with breakfast in their suite at the Elysium Hotel in Paphos.

12.30pm Pam our hairdresser arrives to style Michelle, and Karen our beautician begins with the bridesmaid's make up.

1.30pm I arrive with the flowers, and am in danger of ruining Michelle's make up, we've all become so emotional.

How is our schedule doing? As always, everything is running as planned!

2.50pm Another emotional moment as Kevin the Scottish Piper arrives to pipe Michelle, dad, bridesmaids and flower girls to the Amphitheatre in the grounds of the hotel for a Civil Wedding ceremony.

3.15pm Civil ceremony is completed and after enjoying champagne and strawberries served on the library terrace, Bobby and Michelle, although now legally married, progress to the Elysium Chapel for a wedding blessing and exchange of rings. This is performed by Pastor Peter from the New Testament Community Church in Paphos.

4.55pm Ceremony over, and time for more photographs before Bobby and his beautiful new Mrs Corrigan leave in a vintage open topped Aston Martin to head for the Aquamare Hotel and spa where they will be piped to the hotel's lovely grounds. They are followed by the main bridal party in a blacked out, leather seated white stretch limousine, while the remaining guests benefit from two decorated village buses, horns tooting all the way along the seafront. On arrival, all the guests enjoy a celebratory drink, during the cutting of the cake by Michelle and Bobby.

6.30pm The guests make their way to the private dining room and await the arrival of the bride and groom. Once the speeches are complete, all enjoy a fabulous international buffet before the evening's fun really begins. As Michelle and Bobby take to the floor as man and wife, there is hardly a dry eye in the house. The guests are delighted when the Greek dancers arrive to entertain them, this is a delightful surprise booked by the happy couple. It's not long before inhibitions disappear and the guests are on the floor performing their own versions of Zorba the Greek.

1.00am eventually its time for Auld Lang Syne, and an unforgettable night draws to an end.
