NO WEDDING IS TOO SMALL

We can arrange wedding receptions in Hotels, Mountain Restaurants, Local Taverns, charter a boat receptions, Beach Front Location Restaurants, or a exclusive restaurant, and if its only two of you, an intimate dinner at the world renowned 5 Star Anassa Hotel in Latchi.

IMPORTANT: On the day of your wedding we will be at your accommodation to co-ordinate the transport, travel independently to your chosen venue for your wedding ceremony, where we will meet with the photographer. After the service we travel ahead to where the reception is being held to inform them of your immediate arrival. The rest is up to you, which is being happy and enjoy your special day.

The Wedding Ceremony

Paphos Total Weddings can arrange Civil and Church wedding ceremonies conducted in English, renewal of vows and wedding blessings. The blessing can follow a civil wedding and is ideal for those clients that have been unable to secure a suitable date for a Church Wedding. The wedding blessing can take place at your Hotel or at another venue arranged by us. The civil ceremony would take place at Paphos, Geroskipou or Peyia Town Halls, and for those clients that would like the civil ceremony in their Hotel Grounds, this can also be arranged for a small supplement. Anglican or Roman Catholic ceremonies can be held in two Paphos churches, the Church of Ayia Kyriaki, also know as St Paul’s the Pillar a large old church built in the 15th century by the Italians and used as place of worship by the Greek Orthodox, Roman Catholics and the Anglican communities. The other church is the Church Of St George, which is a small and more modern church, and is situated between Paphos and Coral Bay.

Legal Requirements do vary therefore, clarification will be sent to you once we receive your completed pro-forma. We will cost the items you have requested and produce a quotation for your approval within 7 days. All quotations are based on weddings taking place within 12 months, for weddings planned further ahead, the quotation can only be an estimate, and will be subject to review, and confirmation nearer the time.

On agreement of the quotation, we will require payment for your Administration Fee which is CY£190.00 and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, and this is required within 28 days from date off agreement.

If you are having an Anglican Church Wedding a non-refundable deposit of CY£150.00 is required.

If any of the suppliers require deposits you will be notified of this. We work with only the best suppliers in Paphos, and have negotiated prices on your behalf.
